Washen is a new high-tech fastener factory, specialized in automotive and high cabinet industry. We have more than 30 sets of advanced equipment introduced from Taiwan area. Now, our annual production capacity reaches 400 millions pieces, within which 200 millions pieces are structural rivets.
Our inspection center is equipped with projectors, computer tension meters, durometers and mirror analyzers to ensure that the product meets accurate data and satisfies the automotive and high cabinets' needs. We also can provide detection data for customers rapidly. We choose the best material suppliers for partners. From raw material purchase, production to shipment tracking, all steps are in accordance with TS16949 management system.
Our products are according to IFI114, DIN7337, ISO and AVDEL standards and customers' specific requirements for providing high-quality products and building a strong quality guarantee system.
